Highside’s mission is to fuse the time-honored tradition of fermentation, distillation, and aging of spirits with a uniquely Pacific Northwest experience. Whether it be Single Malt Whiskey, Gin, or Amaro, all of their products add a character that captures and defines the spirit of the region. Highside is a family-run business and their logo honors them in a stylized crest embedded with a mythical sea monster representing the Puget Sound by way of Scotland.
